To start a return, contact our support team at support@kintoe.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you the return instructions and a return form to include with your package.
Once we receive the returned items, we'll process your refund. The funds will be returned to your original payment method and should appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
